Ive got to write an essay on child protection over the last 20 years. It needs to focus on past and current legislation, policies.. I will then be evaluating and discussing this in regards to provision and intergrated and collaborative services etc.
I will be starting from The Children's Act 1989 and building from there. I was just wondering if anybody has any more ideas relating to
legislation, enquiries, reports made in this area..
I am aware of the basic's- ECM, Children's Act, Laming and Bichard enquiries/reports etc im just unsure if im missing any important and relevant legislation/policy over this period..
Any ideas would be much appreciated
