.....basically they have UK's 6 major supermarkets weekly offers on view. You can browse by supermarket, Buy One Get One Free's, 3 For 2 etc or Product.
I have used it already to plan my weekly shop and it
did help the budget.
So if you do base your shopping around offers, this site is certainly worth a look.
One thing worth mentioning though, while it
is fine to post sites like these,
