There are a few more play suggestions that have now been added to the main activity page, helping to extend the resource -
Caterpillar counters
Activity ideas ..
Add on with other coloured,
hole punched lids - larger & smaller eg, tube tops, gravy tub lids.
Write numbers on one side and include in play .. these float & hold other items, scoop sand, can be worn on the head for walking wobble games..
Caterpillar activity cards, request slips and head images.
Lay coloured bottle tops together in lines, circles, groups to join, construct and create patterns:
1 red 3 green, 2 blue, 1 red ..
