Crazy question
I’m trying to compile a questionnaire to hand out to the parents of the children in my supervision to asses their views on how I meet their needs and the needs of their child while in my care.
Mainly because I am about to take a break due to impending pregnancy and house move.
I want to be able to use the info for future parents interested in my services and also as evidence for ofsed on my general practices???
But I have no idea what sort of things to include to keep it simple yet informative.
