CRB forms are individually numbered , when we send one off we have to keep a record of the number , and date we send it off . We have to use one of the companies recommended by Ofsted as they pay the fee for the check, not us as a setting. We registered with one and then we had to register who would be doing verifying IDs with them as well, so only named persons can verify identities.
