Thanks for the information, it never ceases to amaze me how individual our Counties are !!
It's great that courses seem to be so widely available, one less concern to be thinking about .. certificates & funding have their own place on the worry list

It does make me wonder what it takes to ensure equality of trading lists if for whatever reason they currently penalise qualified companies from application.
