Searching for a Nursery Rhyme lost in time

Me and my 2nd cousin were talking and we are trying to find out where a rhyme my grandmother, her greataunt, had use to say when we were kids. Its called the Higgama-Jiggama-Honeycup and the way you say it is on someones back you slap, NOT hard just like how you would burp a baby. And you say "Higgama-Jiggama-Honeycup how many fingers do I have up" and they you hold up a certain amount of fingers. We have had so many generations of kids that have played this game with her and we are now dying to know where it came from or any, any information anyone has about it. If you could send anything we would be so thankful. Thank you so much!!
