evidence
Hi All
Looking for advice really. I am finishing for maternity leave soon and am due an inspection very soon but as my folders are going to the parents when they leave i have no evidence so therefore am looking at what i can do to show my new prespective parents and satisfy ofsted that i have been doing things with the children before i went on maternity. I was thinking maybe putting all the photos together ie having a folder divided saying indoor play (at the setting, mums and tots, indoor play centres) outdoor play(park, country parks, feeding ducks, farm visits) Do you think this would exceptable as need to clear my pc of the photos Many thanks Shelley |
A photo album is a good idea but you need to make sure you have written permission from parents if their children can be recognised from the pictures.
Ofsted usually won't be interested in what you did with children who are not there any more... it's about the children you have now, so if they ring you when you just start back I'd aim to buy a little time before having them call. Hope this helps and good luck with the baby :) |
