I really need some help here I am doing the foundation degree I need to look at an area of the early years in leadership and management help!!!

I wanted to look at the role of the key person but im so stuck any ideas would be so great

As an element for debate other areas for conflict - positive & negative could involve how sole responsibility, delegation and choice can connect with discrimination, team work, equality and a balanced approach to provision.

Thanks for that its really helpful. No I dont have the books yet as this is a course just before I start the course but it goes towards it. Any pointers would be great tho, if you do have the book?
