can you tell me are there any books or other info i can bye that will help me along my way i start in october so have not recived my course material yet start with E100:smile:

It is difficult to say what books you will need as it depends on which unit you start from. However, if you are out of practice with academic writing then a very helpful book is "The study skills guide" stella cottrell by plagrave publishing, and 2 books that have a lot of useful information are;
Bee, H., & Boyd, D. (2003). The developing Child (10th ed.). Pearson.
Pound, L. (2005). How Children Learn. London: Stepforward Publishing.
These books should get you started.
Do not be fooled into thinking you will have to buy every book on your list, you will find that you do not need them. Another useful tip (you may already know this) but make use of the Insert citation program in word if you use it for every book or website you use to get information, when it comes to bibliography at the end of your essays you will save a lot of time.
