The Power of a Cuppa

Just read a mini article on tea, and thought I'd share some of it...:cheerful:

As we all know, a good cup of tea is a fundamental part of British life, it warms you up, cheers you up, calms nerves, and gives millions of grannies nationwide something to fuss over when the family visit! :D :duck: But did you know that it has health benefits too? According to a study published in The Journal of Medical Association, women who drink at least 2 cups of tea a day, whatever strength, have a lower risk of ovarian cancer than those who don't enjoy a few daily brew-ups. More information can be found at Tea 4 Health, so what are you waiting for - go and put the kettle on! :cheerful:
