ICP Qualification

Just wondered if anyone could help, how much does this qualification enable the person to work in a childcare setting, or is it just for childminding at home. Thanks:wave:

its just for childminding it is an ofsted requirement. it is only a 12 hr course and bears no resemblance to group work.
