Christmas is coming outcomes the tree dressed up in finery splendid to see ... But someone was waiting to meddle and play to get up to tricks in his usual way .. If you have preparation time and a willing peron - use an un threaded sewing machine to make a perforated line in tissue / crepe or other paper - so that when pulled the papers break apart with more ease. When assembling your crackers, position this line centrally around the tube / rolled card. Fill and add a label - without snaps these can be used freely. With a snap I believe may mean it needs to carry a warning .. please risk assess and put measures in place accordingly - Some Cracker Snap information: The Fireworks act 2004 berr.gov.uk - which was made under the Consumer Protection Act 1987 Sale is restricted to 16 yrs old and over - this is a legal requirement.
