ive done all my obs now i have to do my assesments and evaluations and next steps how do i lay it out is it the same thing as planning i really not sure what im doing :applause:

I just did a heading for each and a brief description under each one. Only needs a few lines.

Assessment.. is the child developmentally at suitable stage in area observed.. what did they learn.

Next steps.. how you would extend the child in this area.. can include an activity suggestion or what you believe needs consolidating or learning.

Evaluation. did the observation tell you what you were aiming for.. would a different format be better.. (just say , dont actually do it.)

would do it in this order as they flow better.
