New here! We have been expecting Ofsted for a year now! They turned up the day we had our summer outing, despite being advised that was a really bad week as it was the last before the summer holidays, and haven't been back since. We have given up waiting or anticipating them and when they do eventually turn up I guess we will just be surprised!

we had them visit one year last 2 days of term, parents around , we had our play rehearsals , excited children mayhem and she was very good about it all, said she did not expect everything to be 'as normal' showed her how we coped with changes in routine, parents, upset hyper children etc etc.. may depend on inspector, but we were ok with it all.. and we got a good result..

we just got on with it all as normal and she joined in the singing!

Talk about weird - I only post a message 2 days ago, to say we have been expecting them for a year and they turn up this morning! Coming back tomorrow to finish up.

we was ofsteded on mon & tues this week all good hopefully. The inspector was really nice and reassuring but did try to catch us out!!!!! beware!!!! i think it depends who you get. This was my first ever ofsted and I was really nervous but all well in the end!!!
Good job as well we have worked really hard for this!!

Luckily the inspector tended to avoid asking me too much - ithink maybe because when she approached I would tell her about what I was doing and the children around me! When she found out we had a supply cover in she made a beeline for her and quizzed her re child protection. I didn't feel too nervous though, strangely, perhaps because I have been observed by my L3 assessor twice in quick succession.

We got a good, which was really nice. Definitely aiming for outstanding next time though!
