Children's rights - sun cream
 

I'm after opinions and any rights/policy points that support (or not)

What are the child's rights when refusing to apply sun cream?
How can practitioners deal with this and the parents wishes?

Probably a bit of a strange question but its over-lapping my Cache level 3 course (children's needs and rights) and extremely relevant to my current early years setting.
