New student help needed please
 

I have just returned to education after a long absence and am studying a HND in advanced practice in working with children and families in education. I am finding it really hard to get my head around studying, working and raising my 3 children:dizzy: Didn't help that i joined the course late and feel I'm playing catch up!! Not even sure if I'm posting this in the correct forum:worried:.
I have to do an assignment on unit 2 and any help would be gratefully received. I have spent days looking online for info but I'm really out of touch with how to search properly I think!!!
Describe what interpersonal skills are from: Production skills, reception skills, body language and relationship building.
Evaluate how you would use these skills to build relationships
plan and organize 5 verbal interactions with children and adults in form of a diary. Discuss and critique the principals on early years education, use the verbal interactions as examples.
conclusion- show evidence of self - evaluation that has been arrived through a range of ideas. What is your opinion on Carl Rodgers response style?
