childminding and nannying
 

please is there anyone out there who childminds and nannies? I'm a registered childminder who is finding it hard to fill vacancies now some of my little ones have left for school, so I'm seriously considering registering with ncma as a nanny to try and make my service more flexible. I would really appreciate advice from nannies/childminders and anyone really, especially about the business/practical side of things. Thankyou in advance, any advice appreciated!:spin:
