Improving the quality of music education in schools
 

As many in the music education world will know, Ofsted’s triennial music report, Music in schools: wider still, and wider has just been published [in March]. The report summarises findings from specialist subject inspections from 2008-2011 and suggests seven priorities for improving the quality of music education in primary, secondary and special schools.
