what kind of things do u keep in the childrens personal confidentail files? :wide-eyed e.g. contracts, permission slips etc?

i am preparing all of my files for when i start minding, any thoughts would b gr8!:cheerful: :thumbsup:

Hiya joshie, what did you get for your list of includes ? :D

all relevant medical information:illnesses;innoculations, allergies etc;
all relevant social history (death in family,divorce,new sibling,death of pet ect)
who may and may NOT collect the child;
who has parental responsibility in the case of single parents
permissions for trips;medical help in the event of accident,taking photographs for the childs diary/files;
existing injury slips
development charts
photos of children doing activities
