lead practitioner?

Hi i have just recieved a letter to attend a cluster meeting for out of school clubs.On the agener is : 'brief introduction to the lead practioner and scheme'
and 'tour of the lead practitioner'
Does anyone know what this is......I hope i am not making myself sound really stttuupiddd!!
