we are being asked by a number of local authorities to take a 4% cut others want a 1% cut. In recent years many local authorities have given no uplift and with all the inflation rises it will impact severly on the service we provide. We are expected by CQC to maintain good quality services how will this be possible. In some other services I know of peole are being asked for 20% cuts as the local authority send in this company called OLM
