Books for Playwork qualification?
 

Has anyone started New Playwork qualification and what books are they using

yes, and the existing reading lists, look on play england., are more than good enough

I am starting a job as a playworker and need some books relating to this kind of job. I have been told I can study level 3 nvq and I don't know what kind of stuff I will need to know,I would be glad of any advice x

tracy if you havent worked with children before you need to start at level 2. you will find 3 way too hard. they want you to do a level 3 as it is easier for them but every good practitioner works there way up thro education.

Thanks,I think they want me to do that level because I have a NNEB diploma which I got in 1993,I know alot has changed over the years regarding children.
