reflective accounts
 

hi dont know how to write an reflective account for my level 3 playwork.has anyone got one i can have a look at please

first you need to write a good description about what you are reflecting on, an incident an activity a relationship, meeting etc.
then say why you did it like you did or it is like it is mention policies procedures etc
then does it work, doesnt it?
if so why if not why
then how would you improve it change it adapt it if you wanted to or if you needed to do it again. what would be the impact of the change
