New Job!!

Just thought I'd share my first day in my new job with everyone. Those in the know will have read about how I was treated in my last work place!
Have got 2 new jobs, one starts in September but I started 1 yesterday as deputy at The inbetween club, which is an after school club. It was fantastic, I got introduced to all the staff, children and parents, everyone showed me respect, I felt as if I had been there years. I'm really looking forward to going back today. Seems strange to be excited about work again as I hated my last place for so long.
The sun is shining, just seems such a different world to the world I was in a couple of months ago. :D :D :D

Thankyou everyone. I'm enjoying it so much and even though I'd only been there two days, when I got to work yesterday I was told that as I'd settled in really well the supervisor would not be in so I would be in charge!! Its done my confidence the world of good, and after seperating from my husband a few weeks ago we got back together yesterday so my future is looking very sunny at the moment. After weeks walking around with a miserable face I am now bouncing and smiling and generally annoying everyone because I am so happy.

Congratulations Farleys, it looks like your life has taken a turn for the better! :highfive: :grouphug: Have you only had 2 good things happen? - things come in three's remember and it can't just apply to bad things!! :D I'm really pleased for you! :cheerful:

Well I suppose the 3rd thing would be that my mum has told me she loves me and is very proud of me!! It's the 1st time in all of my 32 years that my mum has ever said anything like that to me.
