I am about to send in my FOURTH registration form to the WRFU...........they are absolutely hopeless.I have been open for 2 years and STILL haven't managed to register. One of their staff called me last month to say she was personally registering me there and then and I should have claim forms by the end of that week....................................which of course, didn't arrive, so I telephoned them (20 minute call btw!!) only to be told that I'm NOT on their register, and would I care to register again???????????

I agree with you Narnia, I recieved my forms 18 months after applying and the children I'd originally been applying for had left! I sorted through my files the other day and contemplated trying again but decided not to bother, it just seems a lot of hassle really.

It may seem a hassle but you are entitled to the money and you can back claim for up to 2 years. worth a letter to complain and ask what they intend doing about the situation. Find letters seem to have more response than phone calls especially if sent so they have to sign for them on delivery, at least you know they get them..

Thanks thats very interesting I hadn't realised that, it probably is worth the hassle then, thanks again!

STILL waiting to hear from them, even though they had my letter sent to them recorded delivery nearly 3 weeks ago!!

Narnia 01-06-2007 05:33 PM

at last, i'm registered to get the money back for the milk and they have back-dated it for 2 years which i guess is something..........................BUT, can anyone tell me how much milk cost per pint in jan 2005, through to now please......anyone got copies of their claims, so they can look back for me??Thankyou xx

do you get your milk from a dairy? maybe they can get you the price? either that or knock a few pence off and claim that
or look back through your accounts and see what you paid and claim that?
will have a look but i dont think we have the claim forms for that long ago, just finished the archiving and dont remember seeing any of them
hope this helps
