Default unit 331 understand child and young persons development?

Hi has anyone done this unit 331 understand child and young persons development just cannot get my head round it any help please????

Hi Irene

Remind yourself that children and young people's development is holistic, with each area being interconnected. Express the importance to always look at the whole child or young person.
Explain that all children and young people are unique individuals and develop at their own rate.
