Default Cypop 40 4.3

Identify and explain support and changes needed to improve own skills and knowledge and build on their own practice?

Would this mean things like going on courses, speaking to work colleagues?

what skills do you need to achieve?
what do you need to gain extra knowledge on?
do you need extra support on certain areas and if so what and how to gain this support? What will help you progress?

And yes mention courses and communication with other practitioners and maybe support from manager and appraisals/one to one's
