Help SOS Level 3 Diploma CYP workforce unit 11 Duty of care in own work role

Please can someone help me with this, I have been told by my tutor that I have to give examples of how I :
Promote rights
Ensure wellbeing
Meet individual needs
Ensure safety

in my work place, my head is spinning and I cannot think of any examples.
Any help you could offer would be welcome Thanks
