Demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs? Demonstrate how to work with others to agree own personal development plan. can anyone tell me what the assessor will be wanting from me, as i am at a complete blank a sincere thanks to anyone who can advise me xxx

i used to assess this by watching a student have one to one with their supervisor, planing for training and what support they needed in the setting

I have used an appraisal form and went through this with my teacher. I then looked at my strengths and weaknesses and wrote about what I need to do to develop them and what training I might require.
