Hi Starry Eyed - I covered this one in an interview with my tutor. Check with yours - see if they expect you to write anything before you start because it says 'demonstrate'.

Hi Mrs Noah,

my tutor said that i need to do a piece of writing for this question, as our course is coming to an end and there is not enough time to see this being demonstrated.

can you remember what kind of questions you were asked? or what kind of things you said?

Yeah we talked about how I managed challenging behaviour within my class and how looking back on the way I handled things made me think about how my reactions could have proved a hindrance rather than a help and what i would do in the future - we linked it to a unit i was doing on challenging behaviour at the time.

Thinking back through your current learning journey - has anything you have learnt developed your ways of working. if so what and how - that would be reflecting.
