hi, could really do with some idea's on this. i have to do a PD with my tutor on this next time she is in but i'm not sure what i'm meant to be talking about!
5.1 evaluate how learning activities have affected practise- does this mean talk about somethin g done with the children and then talk about what they got out of it?
5.2 Demonstrate how reflective practise has led to improved ways of working

Hi Zossie - this is all about your personal development - how have the learning activities and your observations of what worked and didn't work affected the way you carry out tasks. also write about your personal learning activities - courses, workshops, etc.. and how they have influenced your working.
