Default cyp 3.3 help please concerns about poor practice and whistle blowing?

CYP 3.3, L.O 3.3:
Evaluate ways in which concerns about poor practice can be reported whilst ensuring that whistleblowers and those whose practice or behaviour is being questioned are protected.

Bit of a long question to get your head around! Basically I have been told that to cover it I need to write pros and cons of reporting to different people. Can anyone give me ideas of pros and cons of reporting to ofsted or a managment committee?! thanks

the best thing is to get hold of the whistleblowing policy in your setting and national guidelines then critique them against what happens in your setting
