Default Summarise the policies and procedures

Hi - currently doing Diploma Level 3 . I need to summarise policies and procedures schools may have relating to staff. My school has following policies grievance procedure, whole school pay policy, performance management, managing an allegation, safe working practice. Can I say something along the lines that these policies clearly give all staff guidelines that they are required to work to, or should I do a couple of lines on each policy. Some advise would be greatly appreciated please, I feel like crying. Thank you
