Hi

it is all about you, i completed this through a personal development plan,
i also included a SWOT analysis and a smart target. I really struggled with this and had some help from Wendy and managed it in the end, it was very tense but think you can use your reviews that you have updated with your setting (self-assessment on strenghts, weaknesses, opportunities and threats etc.)

If you need any more help just ask and i will try and explain it better.

4.1 is all about who supports you e.g manager, deputy manager, practitioners, outside agencies etc

the standards aren't about your personal development they are the national occupational standards set by our sector skills council and you need to relate your daily practice to them and why?

Hi tutu

I actually had this signed off through a personal development plan i assessed myself on a scale of 1-5 on certain relevant standards and then i wrote how i could improve some of these.
