Default when does the assessor come

Hi I new to this forum, so excuse me if anyone has already asked this.
I have just started the cypw level 3, and am doing it all on the laser, it states somewhere that the assessor will come to my setting(HBC), when and what is this about, is it every unit, or towards the end, and will she let me know what I am expected to know, is is anything like Ofsted coming, and will she just turn up or plan a convent date with me.

please please someone help I am so worried especially as it is me on my own, it may be better if I worked in a nursery coz I could ask a manager.

thanks guys really appreciate any advice

Hi, a warm welcome to the site. Please don't worry, get in touch with your training provider and ask them when your assessor will be in touch to organise visits. These are times that enable the assessor to observe and discuss your professional practice xx You'll notice in the units 'demonstrate' and 'explain' begin some of the assessment criteria, whilst these might be supported with reflective accounts/evaluations of experiences, incidents or other they are essentially occasions where you'll be able to show your assessor how you work to meet that performance requirement in the reality of your day to day setting.

If a childminder do you have a supportive network you can contact?

Enjoy silkysteps xx
