Default Engage in personal development - Demonstrate how to work with others to agree own personal development plan

I am doing the level 3 course by distance learning so don't have an assessor who can come in and give me feedback/observe etc so would really appreciate some advice as to exactly how I go about this task and 'demonstrate how to work with others to review and prioritise own learning needs etc ... ' I am doing a placement in a primary school on a voluntary basis I so also don't benefit from appraisals etc.

Help!

Thanks in advance
