Default freely-chosen and self-directed play cache level 2 playwork

i need to answer this question but find it a bit confusing,( its from cache level 2 playwork):

Hiya these are terms or phrases used to describe how the Children are able to access resources and conduct their own play.

I'm a playworker by trade but having to do my level 3 in ccld and then do the overlapping qualification to playwork.

Its basically the child chooses what they want to play with and manipulates it to their need. Self directed play is child lead and not adult lead and they develop the way in which play goes (its the way in which the play cycle works, its child lead and not adult directed)

Hi, im also new to this and also doing about self directed play.
Im stuck on a question please can you help me out..... Ive got to explain what these mean

play needs and play preferences
play cycle and its component parts
loose parts
play spaces
