do you know your child development or do you observe and plan in ignorance ( Many do!)? do you or can you use a range of observation methods to really check your formative observations and can you then put them together into a summative report and meet the childs needs? can you put your needs and wants aside and plan for the child around the child not what you think they need to achieve? ask yourself all of this and answer honestly there will be things you need to improve and identifying them is the review
