2.3- There is infomation about this through this link below.

http://www.silkysteps.com/pages-cypw...3-diploma.html

2.4- Think about things that can impact on the outcomes for children and young people. For example swearing in front of or at children and young people, this shows a bad role model as they look up to us as practitioners. Another example could be lack of communication with staff, parents and children. Lack of communication can cause many problems for the child for example not listening to the parents when they say that the child has an allergy, this information is vital as it can cause serious problems if the child eats something they are allergic to sometimes even death. Also think about discrimination and equal opportunities.

The Link below should help with 2.4 & 2.5 as well.

Thank you so much for your help it was very much appreciated, I am now stuck on,
4.1 Respect and value the professional competence and contribution of colleagues,
5.1 - Explain how current equalities legislation affects work with children young people and families,
6.2 - Explain what is meant by anti-discriminatory practice giving examples of how it is applied in practice with children young people and families
6.3 - Describe the effects of discrimination and explain the potential results for children and young people,
I would be very grateful for any help
