unit 4 equality, diversity and inclusion

Hi I'm new to the site and have so far found it extremely useful. I'm struggling on the last part of unit 4 (3.3) describe how inclusion works in own sector of the childrens workforce. I have no idea what this means. please help. any ideas will be greatly welcomed.

its means how do you include children in in the sector you are working in.
