Hi,
I answered this question by saying, inclusion is embracing equally, irrespective of race, disability, or culture.
All brought together as 1 group, I gave an example, of a child we had in our setting, who could not communicate verbally, I explained what we did that made him feel included, at carpet time.

Hope it helps.

The term inclusion is seen as a universal human right and aims at embracing all people irrespective of race, gender, disability, medical or other need. It is about giving equal access and opportunities and getting rid of discrimination and intolerance. :rotfl:
