Default 3 examples of the rights children, young people, parents and carers have where abuse is alledged or suspected?

Hi, can anyone please help me as Im ploughing through the diploma but cant get my head around this question. Its on 311 Task D - Part 3 - Research and produce a table giving 3 examples of the rights children, young people and their carers have in situations where harm or abuse is suspected or alleged. Any help would be appreciated.
