Default Level 3 Diploma/NVQ

Hi I've gone blank and really stuck
Unit 1 Task 2
How could a T/A adapt what is said and the tone that is used to express that they are not pleased with the behaviour of :
a) five-year-olds?
b) nine-year-olds?
c) 16-year-olds?

My mind has gone blank.

The younger a child is the more facial expressions emphasis is needed in order to get across the emotion you are expressing. For a five year old you would need to kneel down to their height so you are at their eye level were as with a 16 year old you would not do this as it may undermine them. With all the behaviour is bad not child but may have to explain, more pronounceable, slower and break down into sections for younger and this becomes less needed for older. Also you possibly stagger a group o five year olds to go to toilet to wash hands so they didn't get silly and muck about but you defo wouldn't expect that of 16 year olds.

Hope that helps
