CCLD 305 - specialist participation workers? (7a)

Hi,

I've found this forum SO useful but this is my first post!

Looking for some pointers on CCLD 305 7a) When to involve specialist participation workers.

There's nothing in my textbook and very limited information online. From what I can gather these workers are based in lots of different sectors and work to promote children's participation but seem to be more likely to work with older children........

HELP! Does anyone do this under their job remit or can you point me in the right direction?
