hi please can anyone give me any ideas on how to get started on this:
Explain how the processes used by own work setting or service comply with legislation that covers data protection, information handling or sharing.

you need to explain how your procedures meet the legal requirements so you need to research the legality and then match them to the procedures in your setting.
