Default A few questions for level 3 childcare that I have no idea how to answer from units 1 & 9? any help would be appreaciated

the external factors which influence child development, including: poverty and deprivation, family environment and background, personal choices, care status and education. - I have been asked to answer this one from ages 0-19.

Nature verses nurture - this one I was asked to extend on but I cannot find allot of information on it.

How your policies are reflected in your practice?

National policy on your job role, you should include: codes of practice, regulations and minimum standards.

How you consider the extent to which own practice meets relevant national occupational standards?

Refer to reflections to appraise extent to which own knowledge and performance meets standards.

Thank you :)

Hi National Occupational Standards are your qualifications NVQ etc I think so you could say you put into practice what you have learnt from doing these.

Hi, thank you but I do know what the questions mean I just don't know how to answer them - how to put it into words. I don't really ask questions on here much but when I get questions like these they completely stump me on how to answer them.
