Wide Eyed analyse how national and local guidelines for safeguarding affect day to day work with children.

3 hours of course work and my head is numb. Can anyone help me with this question. It is probably straight forward but at the moment i just can't think.

Look at the national safeguarding guidlines - the requirements of the EYFS, government directives such as Every Child Matters and think about how they affect your practice.

On a local level your LA might have a 'model' safeguarding procedure you must adopt. Or maybe you coudl talk about the local safeguarding children board and how their procedures affect you.
