Mummyoff2 if you go back to the level 3 diploma and nvq page, there you can access forum tools to the top right just underneath the page numbers, click that and then you will see 'Post a new thread.' Just click that and you can make your own thread. :)

Department of education announced new plans intended to improve the quality and reduce the cost of child care in the UK which are the following below
 Introducing new early years teachers
 Making childcare qualifications more demanding
 Increase the numbers of OFSTED inspectors to improve the quality of early years inspections
 Making it easier for schools to provide children under the age of three years with nurseries classes
 Increase the number of childminders by providing support through new childminders agency
 Giving high qualify nurseries, with better qualified and properly trained staff the flexible to operate higher staff to child ratio
