Help SOS Evaluate own knowledge, performance and understanding against the relevant standards?

As this asks me to evaluate this am i looking for things that i need to improve on against the relevant standards?

Sorry for asking for advice but i see my assessor tomorrow and i am supposed to handing this in.

There is a sticky at the top of the page with useful information for this one. I have actually just finished writing about it this morning! I used my job description and discussed how I an doing in relation to it and areas that there are for development and what help I need to develop.

Obviously it's not been handed in yet but I am sure someone will let you know if this is the right track.
